- The beta site will go up Monday, Nov. 14. Anyone on a campus or clinic network will automatically be redirected to the new site when they visit http://www.bastyr.edu/. Note: You won't be able to see the new site from off campus -- so you won't be able to see it from home or share it with someone off campus.
- Your feedback is important. If you see a bug, a broken link or a misspelling please use the feedback form (top left corner under the mastead of new site) to let us know. We migrated by hand almost 1,000 pieces of content and fixed three times that many links, which means there is a very high possibility that you'll find something we missed. We're using this beta period to track down those last issues before we go public.
- Some features of the site are not yet operational, so please be patient. If you are concerned about missing content, it is most likely being worked on and will be live later.
- Expect to find content in new places. We've carefully and very deliberately changed the site architecture and navigation based on extensive survey data, card sort tests, usability tests, visual click tests and traffic analytics. Because you are likely quite familiar with the old site, please bear in mind that you will have to “relearn” where some of your favorite pages reside.
- If you are looking for something on the old site, here's a quick tip to getting there: type www2.bastyr.edu into your browser. This will take you back to the old site and you can navigate around from there.
- Thank your web developers! Des and Sandra in Room 212 put countless hours over the last eight months into developing this site. They deserve a ton of credit.

We're Ready to (beta) Launch the New Website
We did it! Well, not quite, but we're really close. The new website is (mostly) built. This means we are ready for a "beta launch" (basically, a test to see if the website works as well as we think it will. What is a beta test?). A few things to know:
