Each autumn and spring, Bastyr Center faculty members present expert public talks as part of our
"Living Naturally" lecture series. The free talks cover a broad range of health topics - from digestion to fertility; qigong to healthy aging. It's a great way to introduce the public to our clinic and show them how experienced our faculty is (and hopefully, they will feel inspired to eventually make an appointment with us!)

At each talk, we collect feedback from attendees to help guide us in choosing future topics. We've narrowed down the list and will soon stage a poll on our
Facebook wall to let our 6,500-or-so followers voice their opinions on the topics and/or add their own.
"Living Naturally" topic ideas for autumn 2012:
- Natural Cold & Flu Remedies
- Living Sugar-Free
- Better Sleep, More Energy
- Tips for a Healthy Liver
- Food and Mood
- Natural Approach to Menopause
- Are All Fats Bad for You?
- Pump Up Your Immune System
What do YOU think? Which of these topics speak to you? What other health topics do you find especially engaging for a lay audience?
How about something on food allergies and immune suppression. Like young children that have frequent ear infections... could it be a food allergy?
